The Rotary Drum Drying System is mainly consist of dryer, hot-air furnace, exhaust fan, high efficiency cyclone collector, Blaster Blower, encapsulated scraper feeder etc. Dryer is mainly consist of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. The specification is adjustable [ (1.5m-5.2m)×L m],capacity is 10t/h-500t/h. Its principle of operation: the raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dryed. It can be applied to dry conglomerating, washy and sticky materials, pasty materials and even liquid materials. It is widely used in many fields, such as coal filed, chemical industry, brewing, pharmaceutical industry, fertilizer production, etc.
